Charles L. Lawson, Vice President of Field Operations: Charles brings over 25 years of construction experience to J. Harris with a strong background in Residential new construction. Working for one of the largest builders in the U.S., Charles amassed numerous awards for Superintendant of the Year along with a collection of Customer Satisfaction awards. He brings a positive Client experience to all projects. Gayla McGinnis, Treasurer: Gayla brings 25 years experience in accounting, tax, and administration to J Harris. Her previous experience with highly diversified entrepreneurial clientele ranging from Oil and Gas to various aspects of the construction industry is a perfect fit for our growing business.
